A fool and his money are soon parted if you take your auto to this place. I took my truck in with a small transmission leak. They said it needed another transmission. They replaced the transmission and the truck still leaked. I returned the truck back and said it was a loose line. It still leaked. I took it back a 3rd time and they said it was an "external problem" and the transmission lines needed to be replaced. They want an additional $400 to $500 for something that was probably the only thing wrong with in the first place. I encourage you to read the BBB comments for this company if you even consider coming here. I wrote the BBB and this company never even bothered to respond. There is 26 complaints against this company and the business and of that 21 the company failed to even respond to the complaint. They need a class action law suit filed against them and go out of business.

The paint department's estimates are worthless-on the courthouse steps the term is "bait 'n switch. It didn't work on me. Got the "...you cant find it cheaper anywhere" price at the very next body shop for the identical work priced with the same photographs at 2/3s their price. Lesson learned.

took my van back due to major oil leak..it was covered under their warranty, however they managed to find another problem that cost me additional 184..after having the vehicle for 3 days, drive vehicle home with oil light flashing.. so i take it back and now they want to charge me another 60 for diagnostics .. i was really hoping i found a honest mechanic that stood behind their work, guess i need to keep looking. they want to nickel and dime me due to the cost they had to eat for the warranty work.. Howard even told me it was a shame he had to eat the cost of this...

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Took my car there and they were unable to even diagnose the problem after having the car for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks they had the car, I called numerous times to check on the progress. Was told they were doing "tests" and was told the mechanic would call me later. Never received any calls. Decided to take the car to another shop and when I went to move the car, the mechanic told me he would move it for me the next morning. At lunchtime, a friend called me to tell me they still hadn't moved the car. When I called them, April told me to come move it myself. I informed her that I had been there the previous day to move it and the mechanic said he would get it moved for me. The shop the car was moved to had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours.

Rarely have I ever so vehemently despised a shop or considered them to be complete crooks. But that is what they are. STAY AWAY FROM NATIONAL TRANSMISSIONS. I was fortunate enough to not get my money taken by them. Others haven't been as fortunate. I went there needing a new clutch plate with their "free tow, free estimate" coupon. Once my car was there, they wanted to charge me $50 for the estimate. I said they had said free estimate. They said, "Oh that was only for the clutch hydrolics. Now we have to go into the clutch assembly, so it'll be $50." I said never mind, just return my car. They said, "OK, we'll waive the $50 and do the estimate for free." I said no thanks, not going to do business with you. Just return my car (they had said free towing both ways). They said, "OK, you have to come in a sign a paper before we can return your car." I said, how can I get in there to sign a paper when you have my car? Just give it to the two truck driver, and I'll sign it with him. They said no, so I had to borrow someone's car to go in there to get my car back. Was happy that was all I suffered. Reading these other reviews confirmed what I experienced with them. I also ran into someone who went there with his friend, and his friend ended up spending $2000 there for something that he was sure that they broke while they were looking at something else. Should have cost his friend a few hundred dollars, but it ended up costing him $2000. *****STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS*****

Went for powersteering, said hoses not pump after changing hoses said it was the pump and timing he quoted price 467. 00 charge me 648.00 rode it didn't make it home it cut off on me. Took back to him, he told me nothing was wrong. Even though the engine light was on and the car keep turning off. Stay away from Rayo auto repair

Took my car in to replace both front and rear gaskets for oil leak and replace the rack and pinions. My car on in their shop for 3 days. On the day I picked up the car and drove off, the car made a loud whistle sound, unable to turn my wheels. I manage to drive back to the shop and the owner had to correct the issue. The rack and pinion was leaking power steering fluids all over. part of the rack and pinions was left loose as well. As for the oil leak, my engine is still leaking oil. They did not made the repair to replace the front and rear gaskets but instead charge me for it. To this day which is 3/31/2025, my engine is still leaking oil. I am filing a law suit to recover my money they stole from me. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! If there are a negative -5 Stars they deserve it.

This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. I could not be happier with the service these guys provided. I called them to fix a blown tire on my daughter car on the side of the highway. They had someone there in less than 20 minutes and did a great job. 5 stars for these nice guys.
