Very good Service at an excellent price. I took my Mercedes to Kevin upon recommendation and it turned out to be a good decision. I have an older Diesel Mercedes and I don't trust just anyone fixing it. Kevin knew exactly what to do and also made suggestions that kept my car running good. He also works on my wife's BMW as well as my Toyota 4Runner. I really haven't seen too many cars that he can't handle. I am truly satisfied with his service, but most important, I value his honesty and integrity.

I have used Jerry's Auto several times, they always do a great job. They stand behind their work. The one time I had to return my truck they made the repair at no charge. Their shop area is always clean and so is the outside. Not a bunch of cars sitting around in various stages of disrepair. They are very quick,usually able to do the job in one day. They have always called with a price quote prior to beginning work. The price has always been the same or lower when picking up my truck! I would highly recommend Jerry's.

Howard had to drive all the to Houston to get parts for my Cadillac. He did a great job and is very very reasonable. I would recommend him anytime of the week.

I brought my truck to Back 2 Right for some rocker rust repair. Ended up being the entire driver's side rocker panel and the cab corner needed replaced. Though other vehicles were in the shop, he moved mine to top of the list since I wasn't using insurance. Not only that, but kept me updated regularly throughout the process--which was not lengthy because he was seriously on top of it. When I went to pick it up, it was clean, shiny, and better than I brought it in, and that's not just the repair. Above and beyond does not begin to describe the level of work, craftsmanship, and customer service I received here. I'll be suggesting Back 2 Right to everyone I know. Scott K.

We had an outstanding experience with Spring Auto Pro’s and highly recommend them; they were friendly, honest and courteous. They go "above and beyond", example is our Range Rover broke down on the side of the road, just out of warrantee and was towed to the dealership. In typical dealership fashion they tried to take advantage of my wife and quoted a $5,300 repair. I had it towed to Spring Auto Pro’s from the dealership where we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort they put in to find out exactly what was wrong and fix it properly; not just a replace everything attitude. They took their time, really investigating the issue to pinpoint it, which saved us over $4,000! They could have charged us more knowing we’d be happy with half the price of the dealers quote but they didn’t. They have the do the right thing attitude, which is hard to come by in the automotive industry. They went out of their way to assist us with obtaining and coordinating, a rental car and also got us a discount. This may have been the best auto repair shop experience I’ve had in my 40 years and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles of all types. They give you the straight truth, what you need now, pricing options, and what you'll need at some point (and how long you can wait). These guys are great; we just purchased a new vehicle and will be using them for any auto needs we incur.

I droppped off my 2002 BMW because BMW North was just too expensive and I am out of warranty and have no mechanical insurance..... so a friend referred me to Bratton. I talked to Richard and got everything taken care in less than three weeks! So I can refer Bratton to EVERYONE, because I had a personal GREAT experience with them. Please be wary of auto shops that you don't have a referral from!!!!

Only dealt with front desk, as this was just for an estimate. He was nice and knowledgeable. Have always received good service at Repair One.

I would suggest you keep looking for another shop. This family ran shop has poor customer service. The woman that works there is rude. The young man that also works there is more worried about playing on his smart phone then waiting on customers. I had poor customer service and was not happy with the service on my car. I had to bring it another shop to have it looked at after paying for service with this shop. I would not even bring my car there for an oil change. Go to Walmart and save yourself the time & grief. I took my car there for, among other things, an airbag warning indicator. After charging me to check out the problem they told me that it was a problem with the passenger side airbag, and that it "may not" deploy in an accident. Since I rarely have passengers in my car I declined to fix the problem, as I was already spending a lot of money on other repairs. Well, I recently got in an accident and PASSENGER side airbag deployed and not the driver side. If the accident was more serious I could have been seriously injured, or killed. Besides that, I had to take my car elsewhere to repair the other problems that they couldn't fix correctly.

This place is a rip off. My friend got his car inspected there over two weeks ago and it failed b/c of the 02 sensor light. He then fixed it and b/c it was over 2 weeks they charged him again. It failed after he got it fixed. Then they charged him again and said it needed to travel 108 miles before they bring it back. The lady at the front desk was very rude and downright mean whenever he questioned their practices. I will never go there or tell anyone to take their car there.
