I have now had three exceptional experiences with the folks at Boerne Import Auto Works. They are fast, do good work, reasonably priced and have exceptional customer service. They've never tried to upsell me or try and get me to buy parts or service that I don't need or want. They have really gone out of their way to help me and each time they have gone the extra mile cheerfully and with great efficiency.

They got my old trucks AC Colder than its ever been before.

My fan broke off into my radiator!! They sent a tow to pick up my vehicle and searched for the entire assembly kit and I had my vehicle in a week! The guys are respectful and courteous. They also have a salvage vehicle lot where you can pick your own used parts, making your repair cost you less! There are also customer vehicles for sale so you can shop for another vehicle! It's really cool to have the convenience of a one-stop shop!! Thanks, guys!

I want to thank Chris for his professionalism and care while repairing my daughters BMW while away at college. Chris arranged to have her car picked up and taken to his shop where he diagnosed the problem and replaced her starter at a very reasonable charge. My daughter is not familiar with San Antonio and did not have a way to pick up her car. Chris, understanding of our situation, volunteered to drop it off to her after hours. I shopped several transmission repair shops and got many stories and prices without any of them really looking at my transmissions. Option Transmissions did a scan of the car with the snap-on modus scanner then they told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. I went to a Lincoln dealer when I had what was thought to be a transmission problem with my 2007 MKX. The dealer diagnosed it (incorrectly) to be a transmission problem and quoted me a price to repair it of $5400. A friend recommended that I allow Mingo (the owner of Domingo's Garage) to test drive my vehicle and confirm the diagnosis. Mingo drove my vehicle and determined that the problem was probably in the transfer case. My vehicle is an all wheel drive Lincoln MKX. He suggested removing and opening the transfer case and if needed, replace it. He stated if the transfer case was okay, then he would get in to the transmission and if the problem was in the transmission, he could rebuild it for less than half of what the dealer quoted. The problem was the transfer case and the ultimate cost for parts and labor was less than $1200. Had I accepted the dealers diagnosis, I would have paid $5400 for a transmission swap that was't required and an additional $2200 for the transfer case replacement... Their quote to replace the transfer case was $1000 more than Domingo's. I saved $6400 by going to Domingo's! I will never go back to the Lincoln dealership for any repair. Dominos garage is excellent! I saved money and met a mechanic whom I can trust. I recommend Mingo and his staff to everyone that I know! They are true professionals that you can trust! They guarantee their work too! I am a very happy customer!

Nogalitos Gear Transmission Services rebuilt my rear end differential. I was a couple hundred miles from them when I called them on the side of the road--my van had completely died. They were great. They were the only company I called who knew what they doing and were able to diagnose the issues. They even stayed open to take the van in. They worked on it that whole weekend because they knew I needed the van to do a job coming up. I didn't even ask them to do that but they got it back to me and told me exactly how to treat the new parts they had put in. Thank you!!!

I have used this shop many times - the neat thing is that they realy only charge labor - alot of shops pad their part cost and make more $, this shop is on the level and they do great work. This shop has a 25,000.00 diagnostic maching that hooks up to your computer - NO GUESS WORK I have reffered my friends to this shop - never a complaint I read all of these reports - I own a business and it seems their is always one person who thinks they are more of an expert at your business than you are...

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!! I SPENT 1,700 on my car for the transmission to be rebuilt than not even an hour after driving off my car was doing the same exact thing as when I took it in so I called and the owners wife said to bring it back in and they will fix it.. So there I go spending more money on more stuff that supposedly needed to be fixed.. Second time picking the car up the next day the car breaks down in the middle of the high way while I have a one year old daughter in the vehicle. I call once again and they say to bring it back in.. Later that day I get a call from the dumb ass owner "MECHANIC" or whatever he is and he's telling me they're not going to fix it because it's my fault the car broke down so after arguing for thirty minutes straight he tells me he will fix it. I than picked up my car for the third time and not even a day later there's transmission fluid leaking everywhere.... IM DONE... and I will never go back to that place. I recently took to a new transmission place and they said none of the new parts that were put into the car were put in right so I spent another 1,800$ on having everything fixed that should've been done the first time!
