Transmission rebuilt
THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!! I SPENT 1,700 on my car for the transmission to be rebuilt than not even an hour after driving off my car was doing the same exact thing as when I took it in so I called and the owners wife said to bring it back in and they will fix it.. So there I go spending more money on more stuff that supposedly needed to be fixed.. Second time picking the car up the next day the car breaks down in the middle of the high way while I have a one year old daughter in the vehicle. I call once again and they say to bring it back in.. Later that day I get a call from the dumb ass owner "MECHANIC" or whatever he is and he's telling me they're not going to fix it because it's my fault the car broke down so after arguing for thirty minutes straight he tells me he will fix it. I than picked up my car for the third time and not even a day later there's transmission fluid leaking everywhere.... IM DONE... and I will never go back to that place. I recently took to a new transmission place and they said none of the new parts that were put into the car were put in right so I spent another 1,800$ on having everything fixed that should've been done the first time! READ THE REVIEWS AND DPNT LET THEM SCAM YOU.

transmission
took my Jetta 2004 with transmission problems, was jumping a bit going into second gear. Steve the ownerd promise he will fix the car; he had to change or rebuild the part. cost me over $2000 dollars. Rose(in the front desk) gave me a generic receipt; when I ask for a detail receipt; or one with a company info; she very nicely told me that is not possible; lucky to get the generic one. in less than 30 days I had to go back for the same issue; and every time according to steve it was a different issues; pay more. Rose is ready to collect. Today I was so tired of going back because of the same issue; that I just told them I was done. Steve runs to the back to hide behind Rose; and Rose tells me with words that only a "lady" will use, that my warranty has expird and if I want any work done; it will cost me more; $300 dollars just for inspecting the car. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE IF IT WAS THE PLAGUE; TOTAL RIP OFF AND TOTAL LACK OF COMPASSION FOR THE CUSTOMERS UNLESS YOU PAY EVERY TIME.

Tranny rebuild
Total rip-off. My transmission was old and slipping badly, so I paid for a complete transmission rebuild. I called after a week and a half of dropping off the car; and the owner told me they hadn't even looked at it! I called back a week after that, and she gave the me same story, then copped an attitude about how if I didn't like it I should take it somewhere else. I told her that was fine and I wanted my money back, to which she said, "No refunds." That's right, she wanted to keep my $2,000 I already paid without even looking at the car. I had no choice but to leave the car there. It didn't get "Fixed" until over a month after I dropped it off. When I got it back the owners left oil and grease stains all over the interior and exterior of my car. The interior smelled badly of cigarette smoke. My jack and tire wrench were missing. They even stole the change from my console! That's hardly the worst part, tough. A month after I dropped it off it started slipping again! I took it to a better shop and they told me only one of the gears in the transmission was replaced, even though I paid for a full rebuild. I called the manager on the phone to speak with the about it and she hung up on me! When I went to her office to discuss this in person, her response was, "Sue me." I'm trying to do just that, but now she keeps her office doors locked and screens the entrants in order to avoid being served her court papers. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. You WILL be horribly ripped off by these crooks.

m writing as an innocent consumer who faced an evil and crooked dealership without the knowledge of what they were capable of doing. And that's ruining innocent consumers like me life and pockets as we know it. I was stuck with a car that was unable to move, let alone start, so I can drive. Mr. Mazaheri and son ** offered no assistance. Audi of America was no help either.
