Took my car there and they were unable to even diagnose the problem after having the car for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks they had the car, I called numerous times to check on the progress. Was told they were doing "tests" and was told the mechanic would call me later. Never received any calls. Decided to take the car to another shop and when I went to move the car, the mechanic told me he would move it for me the next morning. At lunchtime, a friend called me to tell me they still hadn't moved the car. When I called them, April told me to come move it myself. I informed her that I had been there the previous day to move it and the mechanic said he would get it moved for me. The shop the car was moved to had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours.

I was gleaning over some old emails and came across the receipt for my part repair. It is dated 4/14/2011. Better late than never. Although there was never any conversation between the company and myself, I did receive the repaired part back unexpectedly one day without knowing when it would be repaired or returned. My transmission went in March 2014. Gibco rebuilt it. It took over 2 weeks. It began slipping and shifting hard and would not go into overdrive. I brought it back to them. They have had my truck for 10 days, the day it was to be ready, they will not answer the phone. I live 180 miles from Ft. worth. I have been lied to and they don't complete their work on time. Do NOT take your vehicle here for any reason!

TOO BAD THIS SHOP HAD TO CLOSE..THER PARTNER /OWNER HANK WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH AND HE ALWAYS TREATED HIS CUSTOMERS LIKE FAMILY..HE PURCHASED THE SHOP FROM LONG TIME OWNER KYLE STALLARD, DUE TO KYLE'S ILL HEALTH... THE SHOP HAD PROBLEMS AND HANK TRIED TO BREATHE AS MUCH LIFE INTO IT AS HE COULD ,BUT UNFORTUNEATELY IT WAS TOO FAR GONE , ALREADY, BESIDES THE CITY WANTING TO GET THE PROPERTY.
