09/02/2012 I took my truck to the carwash and bought the $12.00 car... read more 09/02/2012 I took my truck to the carwash and bought the $12.00 carwash, after I vacumed my truck. I noticed that the front bumper was still very dirty and the side of my fender had grass clippings still on the side. I went back through the pay lane and and informed the attendant of the problem. A young man came over and I told him the same thing I told the attendant and he told me what did i expect from the car wash. I told him I expected a clean truck. As I tried to explain that the truck was not muddy or extremely dirty he talked over me and said you are not listening to me and proceeded to tell me that I need to tell his personnel to scrub the bumper and the side of the truck. I have never had problems with your carwash in the past and I was really shocked at the service I recieved.
