They're diagnostics have been spot on, in one event they missed the diagnosis made a repair but then make good on the repair with the correct diagnosis at no cost to me. I've had an alternator replaced on a 2007 vehicle unfortunately I've gotten manufactured defects on an alternator two times back to back and low cost automotive not only that the manufacturer to warranty the alternator but to my surprise and delight low cost automotive stood good on the warranty in regards to the labor. I bought 2 new tires for the back. They rotate the front to the back and broke the stud from the front. They asked $50 for the stud then later let me know that while removing the stud they would need to replace the rolls which add $400. I asked my mechanic and he said there is no need to do all of that. The store does not allow me to take back the car. They asked $178 for the time they disconnect my front car wheel which i never asked and the car has to be tolled away. Once the car in their hand, they will find an argument that your car is un safe to drive and you cannot take it back. BE CAREFUL dealling with them unless you have time and prepared to call police.

Just had some repairs done to my 2008 Ford Diesel. I was quoted over a 1000.00 at another shop for repairs that were not even needed.
