So I had my coil cracked for my spark plug case. Told them that's what it was because I could see the crack. So they spend 8 hours looking at other stuff. I get back in my car and now it's stalling. I can smell burning. Oh, did I mention they kept cranking and cranking my car over and over and now the check engine light is on. Yeah. So for two months, I keep emailing and going to get it fixed and they keep adding something different is wrong with it. Also, they fired their whole staff after my incident and so now they keep saying it wasn't them who worked on my car. So I go to a friend at GM and he says it could be two things. We change a few things out that he thinks they might try and pull and they did! So I tell them no, that's not it. They say nothing is wrong. So I email and a district manager calls and starts calling me a liar and an idiot and telling me I don't know anything. Never go there. Ever. They flushed my coolant and forgot to put the cap on and I found out after 5 hours of driving to another city. They forgot to put oil in my car after a change. Just don't go. Not worth it.

18 year old daughter takes her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. $20 emergency money in the glove box is gone. They needed to go in the glove box to get the locking lug nut keys. Called asked for a manager guy who answered the phone (Alex) says he remembers the car and my daughter. Stated it was hard for him to believe (but he was not calling me a liar) but he know of many cars with $$ lying around and it has never been taken. Said he would address this with staff. Beware don't leave valuables in the car!!!!!
