After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

Do not take your car here, they will rip you off! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. I took my car there a week ago for an evaluation. My car wouldn't start after filling it up with gas and there was a terrible grinding sound coming from the front end. They told me that the right and left control arms were out and needed to be replaced. The car was misfiring because the ignition coils needed to be and they had to take off the manifold to get to it. $2800 evaluation. I allowed an oil change for $80 and picked up my car that evening. I took my car to another garage and it was found to be out of power steering fluid which should have been checked with the $80 oil change. Nothing was wrong with the lower arms. The hard start was due to a $56 purge value which cost me in labor $123. I spent less on the car to get it fixed than the $213 it cost me for an oil change and evaluation. I assume they were trying to rip me off since I am a woman! I'm not sure but I will never ever go back here again! I strongly advise you to do the same!

There were a few problems in getting the job completed this time, which has not happen in the past. However, the car is running fine at this time.

By far the best service that I have received. I chose Bill due to the reviews that I saw here ans the fact that he's in Aviation like my husband, so I knew he knows his stuff. He's quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Everything that you would ever want in a mechanic. He looked at our car & gave us an initial diagnosis. When our part came in, he was quick to get the work done quickly and most importantly, correctly. We're riding back in cold air again!! I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !
