So I had my coil cracked for my spark plug case. Told them that's what it was because I could see the crack. So they spend 8 hours looking at other stuff. I get back in my car and now it's stalling. I can smell burning. Oh, did I mention they kept cranking and cranking my car over and over and now the check engine light is on. Yeah. So for two months, I keep emailing and going to get it fixed and they keep adding something different is wrong with it. Also, they fired their whole staff after my incident and so now they keep saying it wasn't them who worked on my car. So I go to a friend at GM and he says it could be two things. We change a few things out that he thinks they might try and pull and they did! So I tell them no, that's not it. They say nothing is wrong. So I email and a district manager calls and starts calling me a liar and an idiot and telling me I don't know anything. Never go there. Ever. They flushed my coolant and forgot to put the cap on and I found out after 5 hours of driving to another city. They forgot to put oil in my car after a change. Just don't go. Not worth it.

18 year old daughter takes her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. $20 emergency money in the glove box is gone. They needed to go in the glove box to get the locking lug nut keys. Called asked for a manager guy who answered the phone (Alex) says he remembers the car and my daughter. Stated it was hard for him to believe (but he was not calling me a liar) but he know of many cars with $$ lying around and it has never been taken. Said he would address this with staff. Beware don't leave valuables in the car!!!!!

My skid control light came on on my 2014 Mercedes. Did not want to go to the Dealer so the local auto parts store in Webster recommended Gulf Coast Auto. I really wish someone would close these jerks down. SCAMMERS CON-ARTS, CROOKS, SWINDLERS. In-human idiots that lie lie lie and steal your money. They fix nothing. I brought my car there and paid an arm and leg for them to fix my car and nothing but made it worse. Anyone that reads these reviews and brings there car to them Please call the police immediately. IMMEDIATELY. I wish the police would pay attention to these reviews, go there and shut them down and arrest these thief's. They have a post on Craig's list so beware. Oh that review that someone said their $600 dollar radio was stolen. It wasn't stolen they so called mechanics stole it and lied.

I do not recommend anyone here anymore, due to bad service. Management and staff changed recently and no longer provide the same customer service. The manager there has no people skills and does not seem to care about the horrible customer service he provides clientele. I used Meineke every month for my regular oil changes for the past 4 years at this location and have been very disappointed with my last 3 visits. They always seem to find something new or wrong with my vehicles each time I go and feel pressured to pay for new & unnecessary services each time. A dishonest business does not look out for it's customers and will lose integrity,not just it's customers. I no longer recommend this location to friends and family and am now taking my vehicles elsewhere. Do your research and take your vehicle, where you are appreciated as a customer and where you can trust the people you do business with.
