After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism from a company. If you are a minority, beware! I own a Lexus and requested synthetic oil(oil changes are only needed every 5,000 miles when synthetic oil is used) however, the attendant insisted I was missed informed and oil changes would be required every 3,000 miles. His tone was very arrogant and matter of fact. As I approached the front desk to inquire further and request the attendants name (latter discovered his name is Chad) "Bubba J" who I suspect to be the manager or owner, asked "How may I help you"? I responded: What is the guy's name in the red shirt? He again asked ( as if he didn't hear me..in a very authoritative tone) "How may I help you"? I again asked: What is the guy's name in the red shirt? He (Bubba J) very rudely replied " GET YOUR FAT N***** A** off my property"!

Main Oil & Lube is very down home and friendly auto repair and oil change company. The owner and employees are very reliable in advising you on many aspects of your vehicle. I really appreciate all the help they have given me!

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. Dave and the guys there always service all of my 6 vehicles from new daily vehicles to several classic muscle cars. They are honest, locally owned and fair priced. There is a one star rating on here that references a completely different shop so ignore the rating for Dallas Car Care, but read it to know where not to go. We all know how expensive service and maintenance fees can be at a dealership, that's why I recommend Bimmers Only. I took my 6 Series Convertible to them for a diagnostic test. I wanted peace of mind knowing that everything was functioning properly with my car as well as my car had no mobility kit. Not only did they check my car for me at no cost, but they also got a mobility kit (the right one that goes tucked away) for my car. The other thing that really stood out for me is that they know BMW's inside out and are very experienced and knowledgeable about them. I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

My parents have used Bill for repairs, oil changes, and inspections on their old GMC cars since he opened his shop in their neighborhood many years ago, and I've been using his shop for the past few years. He has always been knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced, and prompt. He's earned our trust. Today my 90 year old mother needed a fix on her 13 year old Buick - rear side window had dropped out of whatever holds it up. We arrived at Bill's shop late morning on a Saturday - and the place was BUSY with cars lined up. We could see that he didn't have time for us. I asked a young mechanic about the time and cost to do a halfway "fix" - put the window in a permanently up position. (The age and condition of the car doesn't warrant much of an investment.) He gave us what I thought was a fair price considering that the door had to be opened up - under $100. Could it be done today? As a favor to a long and loyal customer, Bill agreed to squeeze us in. I deposited my mother at Cindy's Deli & Pancake House across the street, and returned with the car to Bill's shop. As I handed Bill the key he quietly recommended (didn't push) a proper fix on the car he has been servicing for more than a decade. I asked about timing - he'd need parts and it was a busy Saturday. He asked me to give him 2 hours. If he couldn't get and replace the window motor within 2 hours, he'd do the half-way fix that I first suggested. (We both knew Mom didn't have enough stamina for much more than 2 hours.) I agreed, and walked over to Cindy's to wait with Mom for Bill's call. After exactly two hours the shop called ~ the car was ready. As I was walking towards the shop, Bill was pointing at the inspection sticker. It had expired and we hadn't noticed. He offered to do the inspection - it took only minutes. Like all the other times we've taken our cars to Bill . . . we have no complaints, nothing but praise. My car was shaking terribly and firestone quoted me like $1200 for "engine repair". I took it to Manny at us auto and they pretty quickly saw that a vaccum line was out and fixed it in like 15 minutes. He didn't even charge me. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn't. Straight up honest.

I received a reference to visit this location and am extremely pleased with the prompt, and affordable service I received on September 18, 2013. It was determined after diagnosis that I required a new alternator for my 2007 Camry. I was quoted a fair price with a 3 year warranty, the work, once the part arrived took a total of 25 minutes! I HAD MY MOTOR REBUILT FOR MY SEBRING I HAD TO COME BACK TWICE AND ON TOP OF THAT HOW CAN U REBUILT A MOTOR AND NOT REPLACE THE MOTOR MOUNTS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE AT ALL

I just took my car for inspection today, twice. First time I had the wrong insurance cert, but the kid did the road test before telling that. So I run home get the correct cert. I come back and he does another road test. Then performs the computer inspections. I then get told I'm all set and they take my credit card and charge me. Then I'm told the car didn't pass the parking break test. This kid had TWO opportunities to tell me my brake would not hold at 1000 rpms so there was no reason to do the rest of the test. Instead, I made a trip home and came back to get ripped off by these guys. When I asked for a refund, I was told to call DPS. If this is the kind of people you want to trust with your car service, be my guest. They are crooks. I was only there because Vavoline's computers were down due to the storm. My mistake. Don't get ripped off too!!

They checked my daughter's car - fluid and tires for her first road trip... Apparently they don't know SQUAT about checking tires. She has had two blow outs today alone... Apparently they didn't check the tires. She is 16 hours away from Dallas and I can't help her. As far as I'm concerned they put her life in danger. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
