Honest, quick, professional! Called them for an oil change and wheel alignment appointment and they were able to take my Toyota Prius immediately. Awesome place to go to recommend everyone to go u will not have to worry about getting burnt its beats dealership prices and warranty comes with the work they do ;0) I had trouble with my chevy truck and they fixed it for me that same day ... also you will not have to worry if they are lying about what the problems are with your vehicle because they have been around for too many years and have enough customers to keep them in business because of the quality work they door!! their not like other places trying to squeeze every dollar out of you just in case you do not come back..

I had a good experience here. This is the first time I took my car in for a repair in San Antonio. I called them for a quote, I was happy with the price (I had done my research), they ordered the part, we made the appointment and then I brought it in. They fixed it in the amount of time they said they would even though I showed up late, they charged me the price they quoted and they didn't bring any new problems to my attention. They also gave me $25 off because I signed up for the text message discounts. I haven't been getting any texts since then but I got and used that first one. I haven't smelled oil since that day. They also gave me a stamp card to earn a free oil change. I'm thoroughly happy.

I tell all my friends and neighbors to go here. Paul is in the office and makes his staff look at your car immediately. It was first class service. He let me decide on replacing the part I needed that day but tried to persuade me to hold off til the next day so he could get me the better price. It was cheaper by half of the other 2 places I had taken my car to. San Antonio is full of bad mechanics so I am thrilled to finally find a great one.

I shopped several transmission repair shops and got many stories and prices without any of them really looking at my transmissions. Option Transmissions did a scan of the car with the snap-on modus scanner then they told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. They delivered what they promised and we are very happy with the results. They guarantee their work. I also liked the fact that the place was clean and well organized. Thanks John.
