Just had some repairs done to my 2008 Ford Diesel. I was quoted over a 1000.00 at another shop for repairs that were not even needed. Dorsett's saved me almost 350.00 dollars as the truck did not need what the other shop said it needed. I would NEVER, EVER go back to this place. I needed to get my catalytic converters replaced and called for a quote. Their quote was cheaper than anyone else and I already called 5 other places. But what struck me as odd was that quoted immediately, unlike the other places I called. All the other places had to do a little research and call me back. My feeling was that it might be too good to be true. And I was right. They had my car for almost two weeks and didn’t look at it until they already had it for 4 days. In the end, they never fixed the problem and just wasted my time and money. In addition, they would also say they would call back and NEVER called me back. I ALWAYS had to call them. I’ve got better things to do than to keep following up with a business that has my car. I’ve read several reviews about this place on various sites and wished I had read them and avoided this place. THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
