I rode around for days, my car kept cutting off on me and would be stranded on side the road. The owner diagnosed my vehicle and told me in less than thirty minutes, that my throttle body had gone in my vehicle. He ordered the part and my vehicle was up and running in less than 2 days! This repair shop not only targeted me as a woman, they targeted me as a military black woman. They fraudulently charged me for repairs not rendered and used intimidation tactics to keep my vehicle. I had to call the police to deal with the belligerent owner who was also very belligerent towards the police. Additionally, they kept my car and refused my payment method because they were upset that I questioned all of the charges. They had my vehicle for more than 6 weeks, with no calls for updates. They stated that they didn't have my number. The tried to add a $400 charge after they said my car was ready for pickup and I had to bring my significant other to the shop to investigate and found out that what they were trying to charge me was not needed and provided them training and the part so that they car can be repaired. Finally, due to me questioning them and they belittling me they decided to increase the cost by $200 just because.
