There are inconsistency between statements for availability and prices given on the website, on the phone, upon arrival, and after service for the same service. The repair were done right but kept haggling with prices (as if originally quoted prices were not effective) before the repair and tried to sell other services after I brought the price down for what was originally stated as a guanranteed price for the service. It was a lot of headache and time consuming.

I got a recall notice saying my airbag could deploy without warning and the repair department at Koons tells me not to worry about it. REALLY?

I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.

I first learned of Tony's auto body shop through a colleague. I had Tony repair a large dent on the left side of my car. He was quick, thorough, and overall did a GREAT JOB! That was February 2012. A couple months later I was in a car accident. Of course, I took my car to the only place I trust and value! Again, to no surprise, Tony and Luis did an awesome job. That was April 2012. I have since recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues as his shop truly is the best in the area! Every time I have issues (major or minor) I swing by his shop. Long story short, Tony is very honest, genuine, and super dependable! You will NEVER get overcharged here. He will always pick up the phone or respond to your voice messages in a timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone in need of car repairs! =P
