(during the same first visit!); 3. and thoroughly diagnosed myriad issues (the same first visit!), while providing expert care and concern, along with a calming, kind, and professional determination to make my wife's 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo function properly (when several other repair shops most certainly did NOT provide these things!... even, in one especially egregious case, after a first, second, and a THIRD non-productive, but financially ruinous series of back-to-back-to-back visits [to another repair shop] almost wiped us out!!! Sadly, that Jeep was NEVER REPAIRED!!!) My wife and I were at our wits' end, facing a still-broken vehicle and a possible $000.00 balance in our depleted bank account!!! 4.
