I came home one day, got out of the car and heard a loud hissing sound. Ran around the car trying to hear where it was coming from. Finally discovered it was one of the tires. I found the spot and discovered I had run over a broken-in-half razor blade about 1/2" long. I figured there was no way to plug such a long, narrow slice and was in for a tire-replacement. I searched for tire shops near me and Richlonn's came up as the closest so I called. I told them the story and asked them if there was any way to get the car in ASAP. This was in the late afternoon, so I figured i'd have to wait until morning. They checked the schedule and said that they could fit me in in an hour. So i filled the tire up and quickly drove there and dropped it off. In under two hours later I got a phone call saying my car was ready. I asked what kind of tire did they put on... They said that no tire replacement was needed and that they simply plugged the hole. I was expecting to pay at least 100 and ended up only paying less than 25! With emergency service none-the-less! After this encounter, I always go to Richlonn's. I trust them to be honest and they never fail me or let me down. Everyone is always friendly and respectful and their prices are more than fair. I called and zipped in quick to Richlonn's on South 76th Street, to get new wiper blades installed. We have been going to Richlonn's on South 76th Street for close to 30 years. On my 7th Jeep Rubicon now, there is nothing they can't fix on my Jeeps! The mechanics explain everything in detail to me, and actually talk me out of things that I "think" I need replaced! Awhile back I though I needed new back brakes. The mechanic took the wheels apart and showed me that I did not need new brakes! That saved me several hundred dollars. The mechanic was able to find the mysterious squeak and do a simple fix! And I "thought" I was due for a new air filter. The mechanic took the old filter out and blew air threw it and showed me that I didn't need a brand new air filter. They have also lent me an emergency gas can to rescue a friend, filled up my boat trailer tires and rechecked the tire pressure for me before driving up North, and helped me with so many things that a "family" does for each other! Richlonn's on South 76th Street is honest, fair, and they stand behind their work. I am proud to be able to write this positive review for them!

Needed an alignment and they fit me in the schedule same day. However my truck is now making a horrible noise when I turn to the right. I replaced a bunch of parts before I took it there and drove it, and it did none of this before hand. Not sure if something wasn’t tightened all the way or what. Hoping to have it back in and looked at Monday.

Awful place. I brought my car there because the front driver's side wheel was making a scraping sound. The owner Bill went on a ride with me so he could hear the sound, which he did and had an idea of what it could be. I brought the car back during my scheduled time, which after waiting for about 4 hours after I dropped it off that they can't figure out what is wrong with it, saying there seems to be nothing wrong with the "rear: tires. They spent 4 hours looking at the wrong end of the car. I told them and the owner knew that it was the front driver side. After 3 more hours after the phone call I go there to see what is going on to find my car outside, not even being looked at. And no phone call giving me any more information on it. The girl at the front desk said it "must be my brakes" and I should get a certain kind to fix the issues. The brakes are BRAND NEW CERAMIC BRAKES, not cheap metallic ones. It's not the brakes. Then she said it must be the rotors because they had some wear on them. Please you have no idea what it is and the owner decided to go home a few hours after they opened. Poor Communication. Lastly, I took my car home to find grease all over the driver side interior door and a large scratch right in the doorway (freshly scratched). The grease has been a pain to get off and the scratch is down to the metal. I have photos to post as well. POOR SERVICE.

I stopped going there because the staff was not very customer friendly, especially the older women service helpper, she was very snippy and if you questioned anything in charges she would get very rude. I recently was in a bind for oil change and was pleased to see a new manager. He was very nice knew what he was talking about and showed me all of the reasons why I needed the items replaced on my car. I will most deffinatly be going back to the quick lube there! I took my car to Daves for a transmission rebuild. It was in their possession for over a month before I got it back. I think i only got it back then because i called everyday for a week until it was done. I picked it up and drove it around for a while since it had been sitting for so long and noticed a rattling while the car was idling. Took it to my regular mechanic and the trans mount was bad and the bolts holding it on were loose. This should have been caught and repaired/replaced before the car was returned to me so I didn't have to waste my time getting it repaired elsewhere. If notified I would have authorized the repairs. I called Daves to let him know what happened and was told that his mechanic told me about the mount ( not true as I would have never left with it like that). He offered to fix it for free (after getting offened that i was telling him about this and insulting my auto shop) but I am having my own trusted auto shop do it. I will spend the extra $200 at a place that doesn't give me the run around. I can't afford to be without my car for another 2 weeks. Buyer beware. You get what you pay for. I only have 2 stars because he offered to replace the part for free.
