I LOVE THIS company. It literally made my day. My oil light came on during my drive to work and I went online and booked an appointment for that same day. They came to my work and it was done within an hour. They even put air in my tire that was low. Brent (my oil service guy) came, made it so easy and even vacuumed my car! I will for sure use this company going forward. Everything from the online service, to the emailed receipt, to the customer service was amazing. I would suggest them to everyone. Go Wrench! I took my previously owned ML 350 in for a B service at 56K miles. They took care to discuss with me what would be done. Mr. Piech, who worked on the car did phenomenal work. I thought the car rode smoothly before I brought it in, but Mr. Piech re-lubed the chassis and now it rides like it came out of the showroom. He also noted that the brake fluid needed replacing, and the difference in braking is noticeable. He let me know things that were fine, but noted item I need to keep an eye on (for example, difference in brake pad wear). It's nice to know I have found a shop where people still take pride in their work. I have already recommended the shop to two of my friends, and I'll be bringing my car here for as long as I own it.

I just had Justin Johnson with wrench inc out here and he was able to solve a problem 2others gave up on. He was very nice and professional. He never gave up and did an excellent job. As a female, I always feel like I might be seen as an easy target for auto shops, thank goodness I discovered this place. My car wouldn't start and I couldn't jump it and these guys came to me, took my car in, and gave me a clear estimate without making me feel pressured to spend more than what I could afford just to get my car back. They found some other issues and gave estimates on those but nothing was done to my car before advising me so i knew exactly what was due at the end of the day.

BUYER BEWARE! A 1 star rating is more that this business desirves! I took my car to Classic Automotive to have the AC fixed. I payed $1000 to have it fix. As soon as I picked up my car I knew the AC was not acceptable. I returned to have them fix it but instead he wanted to charge me $70 to change the AC filter! I was mad and refuse, the filter should have be part of the job! Then months later I returned because still the AC was not cold! This time the clutch was bad in the compressor! Now that it is getting HOT again the AC struggles to cool the car! I took it back and now of course he wants another $320 to fix the hoes! Why is is the filter and hoes are not part of a complete AC rebuild! BUYER BEWARE! The owner Joe is not honest! He does not care about customers! He got a $1000 and I still do not have an AC that run right!

Bill came to our house, very professional and reasonable. Fixed sons car for a lot less then a shop would have done it for. We will be calling him for all our auto repair needs now that he is working in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area.
