EXCELLENT SERVICE I was having issues with a previous mechanic due to constant rescheduling . I have always dreaded going to a mechanic due to various shops taking advantage a a woman who doesn't know much about cars . I then stumbled across wrench and decided to give it a try . Ray showed up and he explained my car issues in detail . He was sincere and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to figure out my issue and fix my car in the same day . Sam's a great guy, I simply drove to his shop unannounced and he made time to check out my issues. I eventually got some electrical help with it and that led to some suspension work I needed a couple months later and a timing belt when I hit 100k in my VW. I always go to sam, he preinspected a Jaguar I was thinking about even. Sam's shop is different, I thought I would be getting Bentley prices for my little v-dubber, but that's not the case. Very reasonable for what he does.

I must say that I've never dealt with a repair shop that has been totally helpful and honest, until now. Jeff is a real stand up guy. If you need great car service this is the place.

I'm very satisfied and impressed with Mark's Mobile Mechanic Service. I especially like the fact that they came to my house to fix my car. That prevented me from having to waste time sitting in a waiting room of a traditional auto repair facility, or to have to ask a friend or family member to follow me to drop off my car and pick it up again later. i was especially happy with the prices that this company charges for labor. Their rates are lower than I've found at popular auto repair shops. The technician that fixed my car was on time, friendly and professional. When he was finished, he explained all the repairs he had completed, and told me about a problem he had identified with one of my tires (which I was unaware of). He cleaned up after himself and asked me to call if I had any other issues with the repairs he had done, or with anything else. I would definitely recommend Mark's Mobile Mechanics to anyone in the Greater Cincinnati area who needs their car repaired and wants to save some money and time in the process.
