This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. Horrible customer service. I had an appointment for 9am. I got to the place and the parts were not in they came at 9:30 am. The help didn't come in until 10am. They weren't sure if they could do it made all kinds of excuses and finally decided they could do it. The gentleman promised me it would be 3 hours I waited and then after three hours left. Carol was very rude to every person who came in the shop and refused to call back customers shes not dealing with them. I was told my car would be ready at noon. I called them to come and get my car and they said it wasn't ready. They then called me back to tell me my car would be ready at 2:45pm. I would never go to them ever again and do not recommend them to anyone. They need to work on customer service....
