The billing process was simple and amount charged was lower then your new car dealership. Erich ordered the part and was back with in a few days. Erich called when the part arrived, agreed on a date and time. Guess what Erich showed up ON TIME again. The final installation was reasonable , got a one year warranty on part installed. I would totally use his services again and would recommend him to anyone.
