What can I say? Unbelievable service from Dan (the owner)! He personally stepped in and made a horrible situation bearable. Our daughter wrecked her beautiful BMW (which we purchased from Dan). She took it to the BMW dealership and they wanted $$$$ to fix it. I called Dan and he immediately started working to help me out. He studied the estimate from BMW, researched the parts needed to fix her car (way past office hours), and gave me an estimate of what he thought the repairs would run. And it's not a surprise it was a fraction of the previous estimate! Dan set up the tow, ordered the parts and fixed my daughter's car in less than a week. It was short of miraculous! On top of the incredible service, Dan threw in a personal 'car class' to educate our daughter how to properly take care of a car. Dan, we are so thankful and full of gratitude for everything you have done for us. You went above and beyond to help us out of a terrible bind. I would recommend Rev It Motors to anyone looking to buy a car. Honest, helpful, professional and committed are a few words that come to mind when thinking about my experience at Rev It Motors. Erik and his staff give a whole new meaning to honesty, customer care, and quality service. They stand behind their warranty 100% without question. The car went in for a secondary air problem. This was fixed, but the fix caused related problem. Without question, Erik had his master mechanic fix it completely, including all other unexpected related problems to avoid another trip to the shop all under the original warranty. He ensured that only the best service would be done and the car would be fixed perfectly. Any other service center would have tried to skirt around the warranty and force the customer to pay. Took the behicle back for an oil change and they discovered a leak in the coolant line. They fixed it perfectly. Unknown to them, the part was defective. They have fixed it without question and within one day. They are always honest and respectful with their customers. You can not go wrong using this establishment, and highly recommed you use this Firestone service.
