My car needed a transmission and was serviced in November of 2022 I ro... read more My car needed a transmission and was serviced in November of 2022 I rode it and it was fine till last week the transmission was slipping again I call this company and explain to them what was going on and they had me bring my car kept it for 3 days telling me it was nothing wrong with the transmission came and picked up my vehicle to drive 30 min away for the transmission light to appear on my vehicle saying “Transmission Fault “ service now then they proceeded to tell me my warranty was no longer valid to get another transmission after only 9 months of having this rebuilt one I am very disappointed with this company and even more disappointed with the service and resolution I was provided with
I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message fr... read more I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.
