He said he never exceeds the total cost quoted, but only charges for time spent and materials, so the total can be less than the quote. He then purchased the parts and installed them. He kept me informed and was easy to talk to. The repair was completed successfully, on time, on budget and not a drop of oil was spilled on the street. He even checked back a week later to make sure I was a satisfied customer and I was! I will definitely call Mike the next time I have an automobile issue.
