First off, Al is one of a kind. He is truly a passionate professional. I believe he has been in this location for about 20 years. I brought my car in for a full tune-up. It was my first experience at Quality Auto. Ive passed by many times but never used the service till recent. He is a completely honest man and does anything possible to help save a penny. Seems like most of his costumers have been around him for a long time. Many people in the business were very warm and friendly with him as I was sitting in the office. It clearly showed trust and made me feel even more better bringing my car to him. Mechanics these days are very hard to trust, that's not the case with Al at Quality Auto in Turlock. Rosa

We are considering buying a used car. I called to ask what it would cost to have it inspected. I found out the inspection is without cost. Very quick and very helpful. I messaged the business and got a quick response within the same hour. I'm not familiar with Manteca anymore, so I was glad that I was able to find this location to give me a replacement tire. They had a few customers ahead of me, but I didn't have to wait too long for the service. Thank you!

This place is SO TINY! I wish he would move. BUT Raul, does great work! He blended my black SUV from front fender to door and it looks great! Martin Senour Paint. OMGOSH it looks so good and you couldnt beat the price. Thanks you Raul. PS I hope you move to a bigger place. You have to much work going on in that little place. We've had both of our cars into James Paulk Auto Body for both major and minor repair. Last time we took our car there on our own dime because the repair was less than our deductible. Someone had punched the door lock out and a hole through the sheet metal by the door handle in a (fortunately) failed attempt to break in. James thought he'd need to replace the entire door handle and lock, but once he got into the repair, found the handle could still be used, saving us a fourth of the cost. As long as he was painting a portion of the door, we asked him to fill some parking lot dings, which he did at little added cost. When we happened to complain about the car's opaque headlights, he offered to replace them for us. I'd tried myself but I couldn't figure out how they were mounted. We wanted headlights better than OEM quality, and he found us higher end headlights that he got for us at less than retail price. We were much happier with the car when James finished. The door lock not only worked, but the dings were gone, and we could actually see the road at night once again. James is always looking out for his customers.
