Ive been a Good Year Shopper over 20yrs.Bought many tires from them.Its too Bad they dont honor the warrantys anymore.I also bought a battery alittle over a year ago .Its now not working they want too charge other fees just to check battery out.Which if you take to Auto Zone no problem.So its really sad that Good Year Doesnt honor their word.Im no longer to shop with them.The part that made me most Mad wasw when Manager said didnt i just see you acouple days ago i remember this car.What was he trying to say,ive never even brought battery back.I think its a case where Men dont think women know what their talken about when it comes to cars.

I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.

I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. I have my own Porsche car with white color. I often travel so far for entertainment. One day on the way to my office my car stopped suddenly & didn't start. I was helpless what to do. Then I had a phone call to this car shop. In few hours some mechanics came & took my car to the shop. Then my car was serviced properly. The oil filter was chocked due to more carbon particles.
