The dealer low balled Me & He took a 8 hour job to four hours . The factory set the HVAC actuators to the wrong pressure ! Tim re-set the actuators In The Body Control Module (BCM) after he was done . We now have heater & A/C back again .Tim is a Get Her Done kinda GREAT mechanic! Thank you so much ! 13 Labor hours at $125.00 per hour at a total of 1625.00. Truck is headed to the dealership to fix what Triton screwed up. Cummins charge $175.00 per hour with an 4 hour estimate which include and fuel system pressure check. Currently it's smoking knocking and no power. I provided all parts from Cummins and extra fuel injector. This shop is not where you want to leave your pride and joy. Paid my bill and I'm going to have it towed to the dealership! My bad stupid me. Oh yeah, Troy the manager told me to go buy 6 more injectors and let's see if that work! LMAO, no! Cut my loses now.
