it is true, they do "care" at the care shop .mark is the most knowledgeable person I know when it relates to anything about any motor vehicle. I first brought in work truck's for the company I worked for, then my personal pickup, my chevy Tahoe was stolen and striped and his crew put it back together again as it was, mark and his wife rose to run a tight ship and really do care about the work and the customer .they really do back the work without question on the warranty. Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. Al and his team at South County Brake and Auto are wonderful. They have serviced all of our family cars for over 10 years. This business is the type every non-mechanical person wants to have as a go to. They are trustworthy, timely and they do what they say they are going to do. There have been a few times where I have needed them to look into something and they were clear in explaining the problem and fair in their estimation of costs. I would highly recommend them for brake repair along with general mechanic services.

This was by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had with a broken car. Bill at the German Car Garage is fantastic. He took the time to explain the process, gave us up front pricing and made sure the car would be done in time for our trip. The best part was the loaner vehicle {for Free}, Who does that? We didn't feel stupid or ripped off. I have told 3 of friends 2 of which have gone to see Bill and Evan { the master mechanic and majority owner} and I have gotten rave reviews!!
