We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!

As a new resident to LA, West Coast Tire was very helpful in fixing my tire that was under road hazard warranty from another shop out of state. I worked with Joe primarily, who was very quick, always answered my calls, and was very friendly. He made sure everything was right before I pulled out of the lot. Even better, after I was struck by another car, they gave me the only sane and fair price out of any of the body shops in silverlake and echo park. Hopefully I don't have to go back, but if anything else happens to my car aram is my go to!!!

Dented my car and refused to take responsibility for it. Owner claimed they never made mistakes and never got complaints, and insisted the car was already dented. It wasn't.

My cash passport /mastercard that was STOLEN was used twice to make purchases at your servo at 9.03am and 9.07am on July 25th, 2012 - how can these purchases be approved by you?????? the card is chip and pin protected. They had the card but DID NOT have the PIN ?????? This matter is being investigated. Thought I would let you know cause if it happens again, you will be the one footing the bill for these illegal transactions.
