These guys are the BEST! My cars have never looked better. I always call at least a few days before to book my appointment because they are always packed - but absolutely worth the wait. THE BEST!!!!

Auto Detail
I completely understand why others have given Steve's 1 or 2 stars. I purchased a Groupon for a $59 detail. I scheduled an appointment and dropped off car before appt time (dropped off at 8 and appt was for 9). I was told "we'll get started right away", then I receive a call about 2 hours later stating that my car needed much more cleaning that wouldn't be covered by the Groupon. In addition, they didn't think they could finish until 2 pm. They also wouldn't be able to do the wax since my paint "was in such bad shape". I ended up paying an additional $50. Despite all this I left a tip (shame on me). After leaving and going to grocery store, I just happen to look in the backseat and there were crumbs in plain sight. I got in the back seat and looked at the floor, more crumbs; it looked as if they ignored vacuuming complete sections!!! I called Steve's right away to bring this to their attention; Steve's reply was "when we move the seats back and forth, more crumbs may come out" - what?!? Huh!?! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Pay close attention to Yelp reviews!

Full Auto Detail
I just took my Expedition to Steve's Detailing in Woodland Hills - this website has the wrong address for Steve's Detailing. They moved their location to 5790 Canoga Avenue to a bigger location. I was so frustrated when I got there, being that I had talked to Steve in "DETAIL" about my car & what needed to be done! I went down the street & found Steve's located inside a parking structure (off Canoga & Burbank) right behind Baja Fresh, Daphne's, Coffee Bean, etc. I was obviously late for my appointment but they were very understanding about what had happened. My truck was a MESS. I have 4 children that have pretty much made my car as dirty as it could ever become. Steve's Detailing made that vehicle look like it was BRAND NEW, INSIDE AND OUT!!!! I can seriously say that I thought I would be paying A LOT of money to get out of my lease, and they didn't charge me anything! If you have a car that you want to look like new again - TAKE IT HERE!! They are the best! Steve's location was huge and fully covered with a quaint little waiting area & restaurants close by so we could have lunch. I just had them put window tint on our new truck & there's a lifelong guarantee on that! I'll ALWAYS be their customer!
