First time customer here. I was recommended by a friend and since I have absolutely no clue on the everything car except how to drive them I was a little apprehensive. I initially was prepared to spend around $150 - $200 for new brakes. Shortly after dropping my car off I received a call letting me know that my brakes were fine and instead I only needed to replace a small part. SAY WHAT?!? Needless to say, I also decided to get my oil change. Everything came to around $60! Fantastic service! No BS. I definitely recommend them!

I called and talked to George. He answered all my questions. gave me a quote and took his time with me. Driving a luxury car I am use to having shops and dealerships charging outrageous amounts for work and products. George changed all that. He was honest and even gave me a better deal than the best possible price I could find. He then ordered my tires for me and had them the same day. I bought my Pontiac brand new in 1988. 277,000 miles later it's starting to have a few problems, especially with the fuel injection and passing smog. IS&R fixed its current issues in one day and charged far less than I had expected to pay. Good work done quickly for a fair price. Now I'm trying to decide which of its other problems to have them look at next. Craigs great to work with as well!!!
