I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! Great Service!

My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. They sent me a diagnostic of the whole car with pictures identifying the problem. Excellent service and great repair. A+++++ Jodi B.

First let me say the African american manager I assume never greeted me. We had new tires and two alignments done and less then 6 months later the tire was half bald which obviously indicates the alignment was not done properly. As soon as my husband begin to question and ask about next steps we were immediately told to read our contract and we were basically "dumb" for thinking that should be pointed out. The manager said come back later and I'll do the rotation although you didn't read the contract over and over in an extremely patronizing manner. I have an 08 ml350 in good condition so if the work had been done right we would not need new tires less then 6 months later. More then that this gentleman is basically "yelling" at my husband as if he is not intelligent. My husband is an accountant of high intellect I then informed him not to contract me because we own a business and are aware of how contracts works. At the end of the day we do what is right for the customer not in a manner that demeans or patronized them. He begin to yell louder mock me say " I'm not dealing with you I assume because he did not want to be corrected by a women. This man was extremely unprofessional condescending. Funny thing is when the caucasian women went to get her car he placed her keys in her hands warmly and said have a beautiful holiday. But I did not even get a how are you today. Being in management for 17 years I have never personally experienced reverse racism. Guess there is a first time for everything. Please stay away from this place. If you can't please read your contract and you will be better served if your non black. Good luck and choose wisely.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They should change their name because they do much more than just tuneups and lube jobs. And, as a bonus, they are quick and friendly. One of the employees even offered to give me a ride there and back when my car had to be kept for a few days.

My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get it towed to a shop but they wouldnt send a flat bed tow truck even when we request one about 3xs so my husband decided to put the fuel pump in himself while at the Auto Zone my husband met Ali and Ali gave him some advice and his ph# and said that he was mobile.We then decided to have Ali put the pump in. You can tell he KNOWS what he's doing/talking about.Ali had the fuel pump in it didn't take him long at all. And the price was GREAT!! From now on Ali will be our Mechanic and no one else!! THANK YOU ALI!!!
