The dealer low balled Me & He took a 8 hour job to four hours . The factory set the HVAC actuators to the wrong pressure ! Tim re-set the actuators In The Body Control Module (BCM) after he was done . We now have heater & A/C back again .Tim is a Get Her Done kinda GREAT mechanic! Thank you so much ! 13 Labor hours at $125.00 per hour at a total of 1625.00. Truck is headed to the dealership to fix what Triton screwed up. Cummins charge $175.00 per hour with an 4 hour estimate which include and fuel system pressure check. Currently it's smoking knocking and no power. I provided all parts from Cummins and extra fuel injector. This shop is not where you want to leave your pride and joy. Paid my bill and I'm going to have it towed to the dealership! My bad stupid me. Oh yeah, Troy the manager told me to go buy 6 more injectors and let's see if that work! LMAO, no! Cut my loses now.

We needed a mechanic to come meet with us at a used car lot. They were very accommodating with our time frame, they were punctual, very thorough and professional. They completed a diagnostic test, check belts and hoses, checked fluid levels, looked for any leaks, checked brakes and tires and did a full walk around looking for anything of concern. J&T Auto did a quick, reasonable and professional installation on my 2006 Nissan Altima. Parts were priced better than any place or online store I could find. They are my new automotive repair shop to go to in the Napa Valley.

I called Mike for an estimate to fix our car. He communicated clearly with me his fee structure, right up front. He came out the next day to look at our vehicle right where it was parked, which was in front of our house. After his initial diagnosis, we discussed his plan to fix the oil leak and the total cost. He said he never exceeds the total cost quoted, but only charges for time spent and materials, so the total can be less than the quote. He then purchased the parts and installed them. He kept me informed and was easy to talk to. The repair was completed successfully, on time, on budget and not a drop of oil was spilled on the street. He even checked back a week later to make sure I was a satisfied customer and I was! I will definitely call Mike the next time I have an automobile issue.
