Where do I begin? Holy smokes - what an experience. This is the worst experience ever. Too bad you can't give ZERO stars and/or negative numbers. All you need to do is ask Lou (the guy I've been dealing with since day 1). I have a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. My car was sent there by Infinity. This is the insurance used by the other party who hit my car. My car suffered rear bumper damage among other damages. Lesson learned - you can take your car to any body shop you desire. Don't be fooled into believing this is not true. I'm not saying I was fooled into believing this but many believe it. My car was there almost an entire week. Needless to say, I returned the rental and I went to pick up my car because I was told it was repaired and ready. The first thing I noticed was the display for the rear view camera was not correct. I pointed this out to Lou and I agreed to stay a bit so they can attempt to resolve the issue. My first question - did anyone perform some kind of QA on the car before calling me? Since then, I've taken my car back multiple times (on my own time and no rental). I have been very patient and I have given Sharp Image many opportunities to correct the MANY problems I have discovered and the problems they created. What started out to be a $XXXX.XX estimate has now almost doubled and escalating. They have replaced the camera, the trunk lid and a couple of pieces which they broke when attempting to repair my car AFTER I was told my car was completely repaired. They repaired one of the pieces with a piece of a cable tie/strap! My trunk doesn't close properly now. The inside paneling of the trunk would not hold in place since the accident so Sharp Image decided that in order to repair the paneling they would insert 2 screws to hold them in place. Yes, Sharp Image "repaired" the paneling issue by screwing them into the trunk. So now, I have 2 screws/holes inside my trunk. Some might say, there just 2 screws but the fact of the matter is it's my car and I want it repaired properly. The final straw for me was when I was told I had to take the car to the dealer for the camera issue. I informed Sharp Image that since the trunk lid was replaced that there are MANY imperfections in addition to the aforementioned details above. For example, the rear end brake lights are part of the lid but the right side compared to the left side has gaps and just didn't look correct. I informed Lou about this and I asked if anyone looks at the post-work installation? His response was yes they do and that parts can only be put on one way. Huh? I understand they only go one on way but the fact that there are MANY imperfections doesn't that raise a red flag? He then told me after my visit with the dealer to bring back the car AGAIN so he can look at the imperfections. I humored Lou and told him I would take it to the dealer. Do you think Sharp Image has called me for an update and/or any kind of follow up? The answer is no... So I thought maybe it was me, right? Maybe I'm just being difficult and nitpicking. I called Infinity and voiced my concerns and displeasure. I told them I was going somewhere else and took it to a Ford dealer. I showed the service guy (not the body shop guy) the imperfections and his reaction were priceless. He shook his head and could not believe the "repairs" performed by Sharp Image. He then looked at the camera issue and shook his head some more. I wonder if they thought I wouldn't check their work/repairs. Obviously, something is broke with their process. How does ALL of this go unnoticed? Why did I have to point this out to them? So as of 05/13/14, Ford has my car and is repairing my car properly. I have NEVER written a positive/negative review for anything in my life but I had no choice but to do my first review. I can go on about this experience some more but it gives me a headache just thinking about it. I read the positive testimonials on their website and just laugh. I wonder why they don't post these types of testimonials. Again, I thought maybe it was just me but before taking it to the dealer I showed all the imperfections to many people for their reaction/input. Results were all the same. They all shook their heads and they were in disbelief. You can show someone in high school my car and they can point out all the problems within seconds. If you would like more information you can email me at guzmanmax@msn.com

Bad customer service. Won't honor "totally satisfied" slogan on shop window. Used expensive ($1000), inferior, cheap, embarrassing Fast and Furious HID "ricey" replacement headlights instead of "factory OEM parts" as stated on company Facebook page. Prior to work done, I sent email links from US and local vendors that carry replacement Original Equipment Manufacturer headlights from the Japanese Domestic Market. Precision Collision never called/emailed me to say that they couldn't find "a replacement." When I asked why they didn't instead use OEM United States Domestic Market replacement parts, they didn't have an answer. Instead pushed the blame to my father-in-law who "authorized the parts" while I was out of town. To remedy, I asked for OEM replacement parts. Offered to get me a quote. Won't refund, resale, or exchange the crap inferior products it put on my car (nevermind replacing the rare OEM JDM parts I had on there in the first place). So, no, I do NOT want a quote. I want you to fix YOUR MISTAKE and YOUR BAD PRACTICE. And since only ONE of my OEM JDM headlights was broken, I want the one headlight that was NOT broken. Issues: Bad customer service over phone; doesn't honor company slogan or the practices it identifies on its own company profile; scammed and overcharged the cash-paying private party that wrecked my car in the first place; used expensive (4x more than OEM) and inferior parts; has the nerve to ask me if I want another quote. Receives 1 star out of 5 because the actual work performed was merely satisfactory.

PLEASE, DO NOT GO TO OC NISSAN of GARDEN GROVE, CA for anything (ie. buying a car, getting service maintenance for your car, etc.). I DO NOT RECOMMEND OC NISSAN OF GARDEN GROVE, CA TO ANYBODY - ESPECIALLY MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY, SO THIS MEANS TO ALL OF YOU, TOO! I bought a car from them and I was treated badly, without Integrity and Ethics (they say they have high Integrity and Ethics - this is BULL CRAP!), and they damaged my car in so many ways (broke my front window, scratched my odometer's window and doors, dirtied my car with black stuff, dented my tire's metal thing - making my car lose tire pressure every month, dented the side-bottom of my car, and yelled and lectured me about Nissan of Garden Grove's Integrity and Ethics after losing my personal belongings). I told them about this - they didn't care and said that they do no such thing. They only fixed my front window because the damage was too big to be ignored. Also, before I bought the car - my mind was set on a different car with cash back on it - the sales person told me to buy another car because it has the same amount of cash back on it, so I did. THE CAR THAT I BOUGHT DID NOT HAVE ANY CASH BACK VALUE AT ALL! The sales person told me that the INVENTORY PRICE is the SAME as the MSRP (MANUFACTURE'S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE) - SO NOT TRUE! Also, I was denied a print-out copy of the INVENTORY PRICE - people, please know that if you ask for a print-out copy of the INVENTORY PRICE - you should get it (they shouldn't deny you). Also, I was promised a whole year's worth of free oil change (no matter how many times I brought my car in for the service) - THEY LIED! I ONLY GOT 4 FREE OIL CHANGES IN TOTAL.
