I had an incredible experience with Kim. I took my Land Cruiser to the dealer and they tried to tell me my head gasket was cracked. Kim did a block test and some other diagnostics and quickly found out it was only a compromised radiator and got my Cruiser driving again. I can't be more thankful for Kim. She's the real deal.

First, it took almost two hours to get my oil changed. Before they brought my car out they provided me with a list of issues that my car needed fixed, the biggest and most expensive being a new time belt. I was told the timing belt was cracking (I was priced an amount higher than the value of my car). I waited to get any repairs so I could get a second opinion and over night my car started leaking oil. I took it in to another shop that fixed the oil leak and they told me that the cover over the time belt did not look like it had been touched in a while and when they took it off to look, there was no cracking on the belt. Not only did Aspen auto lie to me, they extremely over priced me on repairs and created more issues with my car. I will never go here again.

Sorry, I just don't trust them. Too many mistakes, misdiagnosis and overcharges. They'll do ONE repair but charge 2 time codes. i.e. If you replace the alternator and the belt you don't charge for each as if seperate. Its simply dishonest. I will say they did refund Hundreds of dollars on one screw up, because I caught it. I gave 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option.

TRUCK broke down on Monday morning about 10 am told them we were on vacation they work work had me in about 20 minute gave a car free to use while they got part work truck had out couple hours great service great crew and they had some nice door greeters to thanks tom

Very efficient and timely. I needed to replace brakes on my BMW and I was given the vehicle back same day where as the BMW dealership said they'd need it for two days. Great company to have work done very honest

Patricia is always bubbly and eager to help. Ed is quiet (opposites attract), but an absolutely outstanding mechanic. He is a master at his trade and does it right the first time. I also had Ed work on my 2004 Alero, which was slowly dying. He replaced three tie ends and replaced the alternator. The car ran like it was brand new. I first went to ISA to get my headlights aligned after 3 other shops were unable to make it happen. ISA didn't blink an eye and my lights are no longer a safety hazard. I have had everything done from oil changes to head gaskets to timing belts to tires, all with professionalism and expertise. I am especially pleased that I don't seem to have a "Women in the Shop!" sign on my head when I walk in the door and have never felt taken advantage of or deceived about the work necessary on my car. Their quotes for the work to be done has always been spot on and the customer service provided by both Mason and Todd has always put me at ease and given me the peace of mind necessary when dealing with car repair shops. During my last visit, I was especially appreciative of the loaner car option since this reduced my time off from work. I will always use ISA as my car service shop and highly recommend it to others.

my transmission was diagnosed by another shop as needing to be replaced at a cost of $3500.00, my coworker suggested I take it to Ken at KSouth Automotive for a second opinion, come to find out all it needed was a transmission control module. KSouth ended up saving me over $2700.00!! I'm loving my new mechanic!!

Rusty is a thief!! I paid him to replace my timing belt and he didn't even turn a bolt. Luckily the water pump that he supposedly replaced started leaking and I figured out the timing belt wasn't done before it was too late. No telling how many times he's screwed me over the years. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
