About Import Specialty Auto
Import Specialty Auto was founded in 1978 as a family-owned and operated business. We began in a small two-bay Colorado Springs automotive repair shop on Boulder Street focused on Volvo service and repair. The technicians soon began to distinguish themselves as Colorado Springs import automotive service experts. In the late 1980s, ISA began specializing in Subaru and Toyota vehicles in addition to Volvos. In the late 1990s, we added late-model VWs and Audis to our list of specialties. Today, this Colorado Springs automotive repair shop is the leader in providing service and repair for nearly all imports, including Volvo, Subaru, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, and Nissan, Infiniti, and Hyundai.

Auto Repair and Maintenance
I first went to ISA to get my headlights aligned after 3 other shops were unable to make it happen. ISA didn't blink an eye and my lights are no longer a safety hazard. I have had everything done from oil changes to head gaskets to timing belts to tires, all with professionalism and expertise. I am especially pleased that I don't seem to have a "Women in the Shop!" sign on my head when I walk in the door and have never felt taken advantage of or deceived about the work necessary on my car. Their quotes for the work to be done has always been spot on and the customer service provided by both Mason and Todd has always put me at ease and given me the peace of mind necessary when dealing with car repair shops. During my last visit, I was especially appreciative of the loaner car option since this reduced my time off from work. I will always use ISA as my car service shop and highly recommend it to others.
