Alignment service near Chester, CT

Went in for an emission test this morning and was greeted with a very professional receptionist and service person. My car was done within 20 minutes. Thank you for taking me so quickly!

This is actually for Al Berger in Sales. We purchased a Mazda 5 from him and this guy should be a stand up comic. I have never had so much fun and clicked with a Car Salesman before. Before we knew it we were off in our new Mazda. Even if you dont buy there, just go for Al's humor alone.

Bob Thomas Ford recommended an unnecessary wheel alignment for my car. When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire. Both reviewed a printout of Bob Thomas Ford’s alignment measurements and advised that an alignment would not be “necessary” and that $130 would be excessive for an alignment even if it were necessary.

If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined.
