Very good attention to detail. Price is more then reasonable and not shady like other places..you won't bring ur vehicle here and hear you have all kinds of things wrong unless they really are

I will not use this Town Fair Tire again. Bought expensive tires with life time free rotation. Went in a while back with a slow leak (screw in one tire) to have fixed. (Supposed to have free flat repairs as well.) They would not fix the flat supposedly because to close to the edge. Asked to rotate the tires while there but would not rotate due to the screw in the tire. Local repair shop fixed the flat with a plug for $10. (A few years before this had another screw in similar location, they would not fix and local garage did it cheaply). Went in more recently for a supposedly free tire rotation. This time they would not rotate the tires because the OE lugs swell and are not all the same size. Went to another town fair nearby and they noted that some of the lugs swell but did the rotation with no problems. If you like town fair tire, there are plenty nearby but stay away from this one.

This is actually for Al Berger in Sales. We purchased a Mazda 5 from him and this guy should be a stand up comic. I have never had so much fun and clicked with a Car Salesman before. Before we knew it we were off in our new Mazda. Even if you dont buy there, just go for Al's humor alone.

Bob Thomas Ford recommended an unnecessary wheel alignment for my car. When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire. Both reviewed a printout of Bob Thomas Ford’s alignment measurements and advised that an alignment would not be “necessary” and that $130 would be excessive for an alignment even if it were necessary.

These guys, own their work. Had done break job at Sears and i would have to go back every year to get the brakes fixed. A friend recommended their place and I got it done through General muffler and auto. Its been 3 years, no issues. I give them all my business. Good workshops are hard to find.

Went in for an emission test this morning and was greeted with a very professional receptionist and service person. My car was done within 20 minutes. Thank you for taking me so quickly!

I had an appointment for 11am for an ailment. I was told to come back in 90 minutes. When I returned 90 minutes later my car was sitting I the same place where I had left it. People who were behind me in line who did not have an appointment were done and gone. Their appointment system is bogus. I wasted 2hours out of my day for nothing. I collected my vehicle and took it to sears. I would not recommend town fair tires in derby to anyone. Why give someone an appointment and not honor it? Disappointed in town fair.

ALWAYS competent, courteous and compassionate.....I have been going to him since Sherman and will go nowhere else. I recommend Dr. Don's to everyone who is looking for conscientious work and honest value in repairing and maintaining their vehicles.

Rose and Dimitri are honest, reliable and hard-working. I've been taking my car there for years and always come away with the feeling that someone "has my back" when it comes to my car. Thank you both and I will continue to come see you for great service, a smile or two and Oreo cookies!

Had car trouble on 84, and they quickly fixed the problem with no hassle, and they were nice!
