Service was prompt and great price. What I appreciated most was that they did not try to upsell me on extra unnecessary parts. I had been going to Jiffy Lube which is similar price but they ALWAYS get you before you leave saying your brakes need changing when they are fine or last time they tried to get me for $250 saying I need a new cabin filter which is crap?! R&M is a small shop, but they get what you need done and honest about it.

Call ahead if you can. Shamrock has worked on 3 different vehicles for me. most recently repalced wheel bearings on my explorer. rapid service, reasonable price, actually was about $75.00 LESS than i was quoted and expected. the difference in the handling of my vehicle was amazing and noticed within seconds of pulling. the owner (?) is knowledgable and willing to explain what is going on with your vehicle.
