This place is simply awesome! I went there a little while ago to have multiple repairs done to my car. They gave me an estimate on what I NEEDED to get done then gave me an estimate on what HAD to be done because of my financial situation. I lost my job right after that and they let me pay and stored my car for 2 weeks while I paid them off. FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore?!? These guys are great. Plain and simple

I would highly recommend this place to do any kind of cylinder work you need. The owner is very knowledgeable and explains the work that needs to be done in depth. Honest, fair price, and best of all work is done correct. Cant ask for much more from an auto repair shop in this area. I've been taking my car here for a few years now and have always been happy with my car after repair!

I took my 2011 Mustang GT to the shop to have an exhaust kit installed. The owner was very knowledgeable and completed work on time. I was very happy with the quality of work as well . The price was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend this shop.

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

The diagnosed the issue, added an additive that immediately resolved the issue and we did not get soaked on the cost. I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. I have been using Chris to maintain my BMW for the past couple of years, and he has been nothing short of a blessing to me. Sometimes I feel like he cares more about my car than I do. I am not in favor of going to the dealership, I feel as though I am overcharged for subpar service there. Id much rather have a personal touch any day. Outside of saving me money on regular maintenance items he was also able to resolve a long standing problem that the dealership wasn't able to properly diagnose. I'm pretty sure the dealership guys didn't lose any sleep when I said I cant afford anymore diagnosis without a solution, but Chris didn't give up until he resolved my issue. So, in my book he gets a grade A..I don't pay for customer service, I pay for honesty and reliable car repair...if I want a smile and a cup of coffee I will gladly go to Starbucks! If I want my BMW fixed right I will go to Bavarian Automotive!
