If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. Dropped my wife’s car off with Ian to have some simple repairs done. He got the car back quick and done right. He was even able to point out some common failure points on the R56’s so that I can keep an eye out and have them repaired before major damage will occur. Will definitely bring the car back here for service. Friendly knowledgeable and fair price.

Stopped in the shop by chance 3 years ago and I feel like I never left! Customer service is way beyond what you typically experience at an auto repair shop! They have always been honest with me and never try to sell me stuff I do not need. Prices are competitive and the work performed has been great each time. I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. He did the oil change in Dec. 2019, overpriced at $220. Then the pandemic started, and the car was in the garage since then. About a week ago, I turned on the car lights are back on the dashboard for maintenance lights and tire sensor. I took it back to him and paid another $220 for the tire sensor and maintenance lights. Seems like $220 is the price they charge for anything small, lol. The car went back into my garage. I turned on the car for the first time yesterday, and the lights are back on. I called and talked to Robi, he said to bring it in the morning it takes 5 minutes. I brought the car in the morning before work, and they wanted to charge me and told me I have to leave the car. I left immediately. Then Robi followed me for a few miles in his Silverado. He threatened me and belittled me, asking if I needed money for the repair. Robi Zaldeti is a crook and strong-arming type of man. Unprofessional, unethical, and if you don't want to do business with him, he'll follow you and threaten you.

Nice guys and they mean well. If you are interested in a top notch professional shop keep looking. This is an old school garage and mechanic that struggles to get the repair completely done the first time you bring your vehicle in. Fully expect not to have your vehicle ready when promised and to get it back dirty inside and out. They will make the repair work eventually but expect to waste a lot of your time in the process.

They towed my motorcycle and sent a $540 bill for all types of bullsh*t towing fees. They towed it on the 28th of January, signed the bill on February 5th, mailed it February 6th (right before the weekend, when mail doesn't get processed), and then it came in on February 10th. I now have to pay $700 in fees for a motorcycle that was towed and for a bill that they sent out so late that I was bound to accumulate more charges. Furthermore, they advertise 24/7 service on Google, but that's only their office hours and management says they lack the ability to change it. They charge you $50 if you want someone to come down after hours. They wouldn't waive a single cent. This entity is nothing but a scam. I live paycheck to paycheck making $5 an hour. Do not trust them.

I live in Clermont and needed my recently purchased 2007 GTI worked on so I called one of the local major dealerships and was told they did not work on Volkswagen. After asking for a recommendation I was told by the person on the other end of the line that in fact his really good friend owned his own repair shop and they worked exclusively on Volkswagens; the name of the company was called Jason's Bug Ranch. I tool the information and called to make an appointment; during that call they made the exception of accommodating me even though they usually don't do anything major on Saturdays. When I arrived there were Volkswagens everywhere and after speaking with Jason it was obvious he was an authority on the brand, how they operate, function and how they should be repaired. He shared with me that he does not believe in trying to scare customers into spending more on repairs than is necessary; he believes some repairs are more urgent than others and it's his job to educate his customers about the urgency or lack there of for each repair need and I find that refreshing. That approach significantly increases the chance that the customer will return to him when necessary because consumer trust is hard to earn. Jason spent 45 minutes working on my car and asked me to bring it back when he had more time to repair it correctly; he gave he an entire in depth diagnostic report of my car of which there were many and didn't charge me a dime; he trusted that I would return and I did. Jason and Nate know what they're talking about when it comes to VW and surprisingly very friendly and approachable. Since having my car repaired there it has been running like a champion especially considering the car has 204k miles; it runs like new, very strong, very fast! I will recommended Jason's Bug Ranch to anyone wanting to repair their Volkswagen.
