On Friday July 13,2012 I had an appointment to trade in and purchase a new vehicle with Tropical Ford Motor company. Upon arrival I was introduced to a sales man named. I was interested in the new Ford Focus, but ended up not caring for that vehicle. Kader showed me a few other vehicles, but nothing was satisfying for me. The last vehicle Kader showed me was what I thought a 2009 Ford Freestyle because that's what he had told me. We test drove the car it seemed fine when he took it off the lot. I only drove the car 45mph. We returned to the dealer he said he didn't do the numbers and he would have another gentleman by the name of Carlos fill out the paper work. Carlos came to me and said they were going to take my trade in pay it off and I would drive off with the Ford Freestyle. He said I worked out the best deal and I signed off on the papers. When I left the dealer I drove my vehicle on the high way. The high way speed was min. 65 and as I was starting to increase my speed to 55 I started to notice that the vehicle was dragging when I step on the gas and the car started to shake. It continued to do this as I increased to 60. Another thing I noticed was when I back the car up the steering wheel feels hard when starting to turn the wheel it does not glide. It also makes a whistling noise when I turn the wheel as well. When I returned home I was looking over my paper work and I also notice the vehicle was a 2005 instead of a 2009. Immediately the next morning I called Mr. Fall on his cell phone and I didn't get an answer.
