This by far has been the most amazing experience I have ever had at a body shop. As a woman going to that type of environment is never a comfortable experience they always seem to think they have the upper hand on you and treat you as such. How refreshing to be treated with such professionalism and courtesy. Definitely top of the line service I would recommend them to my friends and family! There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. the worst service ever , i wanted to buy a bottle of power steering fluid if they would top it of for me , the fluid cost $1795 but because no one was willing to help me i did not buy it . they all acted like they never saw a BMW before and no one knew how to put the fluid in . so i left and went to Advance auto and was treated great . auto zone had a bunch of dummies working for them .

I would never use this shop! Everytime I called to learn the status of the car repair I got a different answer. When the insurance company inspected the car the shop had not fixed parts that had been paid for. The process went on and on and I never felt they were honest. They even started to work on the car without proper authorization.

What a great experience I took my 2009 Mercedes S550 to get repaired the service was great. They called with status updates and its also a one stop shop enterprise and geico are there it was perfect. I did read all the bad reviews so I was a little worried but from the moment I walked in I realized they must be under new management, and I was told that they are. I would recommend anyone who has a claim with Geico to take it to this shop you wont regret it.
