Coastland has greatly helped me out as a young car owner. They do all my routine maintenance work (the wait time for an oil change is next to nothing from what I used to wait when I took my car to the dealership) and even fixed the clip on my fender for free the same day I noticed it was hanging from beneath my car. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they all jumped to help me understand what was needed to be done to maintain my car and helped me decide how to break up the list in the most affordable way. This body shop is absolutely terrible.I had to make about five trips so far and i still have problems with my repair. My delivery date was pushed back week after week and when I finally got my car back they had missed many problems and had not fully assembled many of the parts they had taken out. For example they unplugged an audio amp I had in my car which they shouldn't have even touched and when they returned the car to me the ground and LIVE power cable were just sitting next to each other just ready to burn my car down. When I brought that up to them the two kids that were working on my car starting laughing and saying to each other, "I told you not to touch his s***, man." Very unprofessional all around. When I arrived at my home my car was in a full smoke because they had not put coolant in the car.... They completely missed the damage underneath the vehicle so I had to go back and point it out myself and be without my vehicle once more. I am now going to get rid of the car at a huge loss anyone can see that this "repair" is awful.

I've used Coastland Automotive to mechanically service my 2001 Porsche 911 for a few years. I'm happy to report they are knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and price competitive. The waiting room, which I use for each visit, is clean, comfortable and welcoming. They get a two thumbs up from my discerning point of view. You should give them a try without hesitation. They own Angel Towing. So, they towed my car into their shop, fixed the body work superbly and fixed both destroyed axials (there was a lot more damage from the wheels to other things I can't think of off the top of my head). They explained everything I wanted to know in layman's terms. Danielle worked really hard to get me the best price on parts and the overall job. Doug ensured his employees fixed the mechanical work perfectly. I had a serious accident and their were problems after the initial work was done and they happily fixed it when I brought it back.
