My MazdaSpeed3 had about and was only about 2 months. Miami Custom provided unsurpassed and friendly customer service as well as excellent quality work. They made my car look like nothing ever happened. In this type of industry you have to have to pay attention and be a perfectionist and thats exactly what the management of this entity is. After an accident, I needed to get my car fixed. I didn’t know where to go. I went online & found a site that listed the best body shops in Miami. That’s how I found Marcel’s Bumper 2 Bumper. After interviewing a few shops, I chose Marcel’s. I was shocked when I picked up my car. The repairs were flawless, & my car was completely detailed inside & out. They even cleaned the engine. My car looked like new again. Marcel showed me what was done & told me to call him if there were any problems. I noticed that the car drove well, but I also noticed that the horn didn’t sound the same. He didn’t make any excuses & arranged to replace it with a horn from the dealer. When my car got into another accident, I took it to Marcel’s again. On the way, I made a stop & when I came out, I saw a big dent on my door. I asked Marcel for an estimate to have it fixed too. To my surprise Marcel fixed it & didn’t charge me extra for it! The people who work at Marcel’s shop are very meticulous & do a very good job. His wife is very nice too & she works in the office. She calls with updated & makes sure everyone who works there keeps the shop clean. Marcel’s Bumper 2 Bumper definitely exceeded my expectations & I’d recommend them to anyone.

The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced. great mechanics.great service provided. specialists on ford diesel trucks recommended to come back again my truck broke down and they picked it up and took it to there shop in less than 1 week my truck was ready and done and i haven't had any problems with it great prices. i will recommend to come back again

Two words to describe: Unprofessional & SLOW. The repair deadline was pushed THREE times for a small accident for my Audi Q5 (photo attached to see the damages). The first time it was pushed by a week, the second time it was pushed by another week and the third time, I am not sure yet as it was supposed to be ready today but they are pushing the deadline further again. This is very unprofessional. Usually when you call to complain you expect them to fix the problem, especially after such a delay, but they barely even apologized and just tried to blame everything on the insurance company. For a small accident, almost a month of repairs is a very long time!!! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone unless you don't mind waiting for your car for longer than normal. I am extremely unhappy about this experience.

All I know is that if I can help just 1 person by leaving this review advising them NOT to trust this auto shop than that helps ME sleep better at night. Additionally, I know in my heart that they might not pay for what they did to me (and probably others) here on earth, but there is a place that we all know where they will pay because what goes around comes around!!!

I had gone to this place for a few small repairs. Fairly priced but they were always late. The owner Richard did not follow through on the last job because he simply didn't know how to do it and when I asked why he started the job in the first place he became very disrespectful. You get what you paid for. Wouldn't recommend

Worst service ever, I took my truck in because Geico forced me to use them. I was hit from behind and took the car there because again I was given no choice. They called me a few days later and said my car was ready, when I get there the bumper was supposedly replaced and had chips on the upper right hand and left hand corners but the accident occurred on the bottom left? I told them it was unacceptable and that I need it fixed. I also told them that going to their body shop was very inconvenient for me so to please not call me until it was completely repaired. I was called the same day to come and pick up my car, I was unable to so after a long fight and after they threatened to charge me for the rental, they said fine that they would deliver the car. Needless to say no one delivered the car. Last I spoke to them we confirmed that if I could not go on the next day that I would be there on Monday morning to pick up my car. I appeared on Monday morning and they said your car is not ready! So I waited around approximately 45 minutes and guess what? They tried to patch up the work and it looked even worse! So at this point I had to leave again after 3 trips to their site in Doral when I live in Pinecrest! Now of course at this point it has been 4 days and not a word from the body shop. Basically I had to call them and ask when will I have my car back? They are supposedly delivering it to me well guess what that was over an hour ago and have yet to hear from them or see my car!!!!!!! I guess I will call again since they are extremely unprofessional and did horrible body work twice on my car!!!!!

The worst body shop in all of Miami. Timely, expensive, and horrid customer service. You will not be pleased with their craftsmanship.

I took my car in to perform an A/C repair about a month ago; first I took the car in to get diagnosed and the owner confirmed my car needed a new A/C compressor, I proceeded to purchase a brand new compressor from Amazon and received it within two days. I proceeded to take my car to the shop with the new A/C compressor and it took them an entire Saturday and Sunday to replace the compressor. When I picked up the car, it was not cooling at even near 50% capacity therefore I demanded an answer, the techs said "you have to consider you do not have a new car therefore it will never cool like it should", I responded by saying "my car has always cooled very well prior to breaking down, but now it doesn't work like it should", they recommended I purchase two additional parts (which did not cost more than about $60) in order to make it cool the way it should. After leaving my car for entire Saturday the second time around, car came out of the shop cooling the same way I took it in to then break a day later and only push HOT air, not even same air temperature from outside but hot air. I contacted them one last time and they said they would not be responsible for A/C not working properly, even after following their advise as to what parts were needed to fix the car. Stay away from these thieves, I paid a total sum of $400 which obviously went down the drain.

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! I took my Lamborghini Aventador to a repair shop on 4/05/18 at this address 7350 sw 42nd street Miami (It appears they are operating under different d/b/a's). They were releasing my Lambo to a car thief. He pretended that he was picking up the car from the prior owner (I just purchased the car so he won't have know me). He started saying the real owner sent him to pick up the car named Cy. But when I called the dealership, they called Cy who said he never spoke to the guy nor claimed he owned it. They were minutes away from loading/stealing my Lambo on the truck. The people at this place did little to help me. I called the police. And after the dealership sent me the title proving they owned and sold it to me, everyone changed their story that I owned the Lambo. But then the manager or owner refused to release my Lambo to me unless I paid him for 3 "future" more days of storage that my lambo wouldn't be there. It's called "extortion". I am now going to sue them. I am warning you to stay away from this place. They are crooks. be careful. P.S. when one of the women in the shop told me the fee for my lambo was paid, I told her "what you have 2 Lambo Aventadors here and she lied and said "yes"". Put 2 and 2 together and there appeared to be collusion with the thief of my Lambo. Even the guy who was stealing it said they got 500 calls to buy my Lambo for $100,000.....they put me through hell for 2 hrs before the police arrived. But released my car before the cops arrived...stay away from these filthy crooks ATTN INSURANCE ADJUSTERS: Please investigate this repair shop for insurance fraud. The car thief said the repair shop people were like family to him and there appeared to be collusion with the attempted theft of my Lambo. If there is Ins fraud, it may involve them making false stolen car reports when they get damaged cars so they can sell them and make more money while collecting fees and ins payments.

I got ripped off from this place twice. Paid to change spark plugs and coils and car broke down again a few months later and cone to find out that the car still had an original Nissan coil in it.. He didn't change all the coils that I paid him to do. I had to pay another shop to replace them again. This guy just rips people off!

Stay away. While my vehicle was being repaired (shoddily) they broke something else. South Motors will not take responsibility for this damage. I brought in my car to have a quarter panel replaced which required South Motors to remove the convertible part. In short they are making lots of excuses and finally told me to file a complaint with BBB. I should have looked on line (for reviews) instead of trusting State Farm and South Motors Collision Center. I thought i was the only one they'd done this to. I really don't feel safe putting my babies in and driving it.
