After an accident, I needed to get my car fixed. I didn’t know where to go. I went online & found a site that listed the best body shops in Miami. That’s how I found Marcel’s Bumper 2 Bumper. After interviewing a few shops, I chose Marcel’s. I was shocked when I picked up my car. The repairs were flawless, & my car was completely detailed inside & out. They even cleaned the engine. My car looked like new again. Marcel showed me what was done & told me to call him if there were any problems. I noticed that the car drove well, but I also noticed that the horn didn’t sound the same. He didn’t make any excuses & arranged to replace it with a horn from the dealer. When my car got into another accident, I took it to Marcel’s again. On the way, I made a stop & when I came out, I saw a big dent on my door. I asked Marcel for an estimate to have it fixed too. To my surprise Marcel fixed it & didn’t charge me extra for it! The people who work at Marcel’s shop are very meticulous & do a very good job. His wife is very nice too & she works in the office. She calls with updated & makes sure everyone who works there keeps the shop clean. Marcel’s Bumper 2 Bumper definitely exceeded my expectations & I’d recommend them to anyone.
