He was even able to point out some common failure points on the R56’s so that I can keep an eye out and have them repaired before major damage will occur. I live in Clermont and needed my recently purchased 2007 GTI worked on so I called one of the local major dealerships and was told they did not work on Volkswagen. After asking for a recommendation I was told by the person on the other end of the line that in fact his really good friend owned his own repair shop and they worked exclusively on Volkswagens; the name of the company was called Jason's Bug Ranch. I tool the information and called to make an appointment; during that call they made the exception of accommodating me even though they usually don't do anything major on Saturdays. When I arrived there were Volkswagens everywhere and after speaking with Jason it was obvious he was an authority on the brand, how they operate, function and how they should be repaired. He shared with me that he does not believe in trying to scare customers into spending more on repairs than is necessary; he believes some repairs are more urgent than others and it's his job to educate his customers about the urgency or lack there of for each repair need and I find that refreshing. That approach significantly increases the chance that the customer will return to him when necessary because consumer trust is hard to earn. Jason spent 45 minutes working on my car and asked me to bring it back when he had more time to repair it correctly; he gave he an entire in depth diagnostic report of my car of which there were many and didn't charge me a dime; he trusted that I would return and I did. Jason and Nate know what they're talking about when it comes to VW and surprisingly very friendly and approachable. Since having my car repaired there it has been running like a champion especially considering the car has 204k miles; it runs like new, very strong, very fast! I will recommended Jason's Bug Ranch to anyone wanting to repair their Volkswagen.

Luis Alverio is very personable young man, I had passed the service center on my way to and from work, and was in need of car repair to my tired, old plymouth duster. Something was wrong with the start up, engine didn't turn over the way it should, but the dash battery was ok. Bought it to a service station(will remain ananymous) who informed me it would cost about $600.00 apparently they said I'd have to replace the battery, and starter. Of course with an estimate that high, got a second opinion. Story short, Luis gave me instructions, and with the aid of auto parts store across the street got a free battery diagnostic, and for the price of a new battery (98.00+tx) my car has been starting up fine. That was three months ago, recently brought it in for a windshield wiper bushing replacement, thougth the estimate was a bit high, but had it replaced...found out the total was right on. Talked to a customer while it was being attended to, and she gave praise to the honest, reliable, service. I am recommending my son go there for a window repair...I feel they will charge him a fair price.

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. They were pretty quick with my car, and even gave me a ride home. Diana Spirelli

My first visit to this shop and everything is clean and organized. Hector, showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me my options to fix the problems. Just based off my experience and Hector's knowledge of Hondas and Acuras, I can definitely recommend Hondapro.

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE LGBT+. This mechanic has amazing reviews on google and I have used them in the past with great results. But now that I am using them as a trans woman I can see the way they treat the LGBT+ community. I went for an oil change and got the car back with the splash guard dragging on the ground. They said they’d fix and convinced me to use them for tires and a new rear mirror also. When got it back from that two weeks later. The splash guard had been just removed without replacement and the front splash guard was now dragging. I was charged hundreds more for the tires than quoted and they won’t give me an invoice just a generic receipt. The rear mirror was never touched and was never told for two weeks while they had the car that they couldn’t get the mirror for my car. So over a month I barely had a car, spent over $3,000 and now I am missing a splash guard and the other is broken. Rear mirror is still broken. Only positive is an oil change and nice tires that where probably way over priced. Used this mechanic for 2 cars over 3 years and they have been amazing and the reviews everywhere are amazing. But then I walked in the door at a trans woman and that all changed.

I waited 7 hours to have a hitch installed. I was told this would take 1-2 hours on the phone. When I arrived they said it would take 3-4 hours. From a customer service-satisfaction standpoint, this was utterly rediculous. I was informed someone had car trouble and that was the reason they were understaffed. It amazed me that I arrived at 8 a.m. and there was a constant stream of individuals in and out of the facility. They chose to keep "me" waiting and help everyone else that walked through the door as opposed to me .. the person who had an appointment. Needless to say I plan on informing as many people as possbile about my experience. This ended up costing me over $500 more for relocation due to the fact I had to stay an additional night in Orlando. I have never repsponded on line to any service received in the past. This was so unacceptable on so many different levels I don't even know where to begin... customer service, lack of respect of my time and planning, poor judgement, incosideration of "any" customers time, poor appointment scheduling, failure to execute any completion time set forth and the list continues. I move every couple of months due to work and I will pay double before I ever use the UHaul facility on Orange Blossom again.

Do not use them! They tried to screw me over! My son had his 2005 accord towed there to fix a broken water pump. They fixed it and charged close to the estimated amount. Don called me and told me the car was ready to pickup and mentioned that the mechanic looked everything over and noticed a small oil leak that they could investigate. I told him not to worry about it and that I would pay for the work they had done. I had to pay over the phone with a credit card because I live in Miami. Don was not happy because he said they charge them more for a transaction over the phone but there was no other option so he did it. Don called my son 20 minutes later to tell him that there was power steering fluid leaking now. My son didn't authorized the work and told me so I called Don. I asked him how could it be leaking now if the car was already checked and ready to pick up. He said that it happened after when the mechanic test drove the car. I asked why he would test drive it after if it was ready to pick up. I then told him to leave it alone. When my son arrived to pickup the car the power steering reservoir was empty. I had already told him to bring some to put in suspecting that it would be. The fluid was GUSHING OUT!!!!! I called and spoke with Don - he put the mechanic on that tried to tell me that it started leaking after I had paid and that the car was still up on the rack. This was obviously a lie because Don had told me it had been test driven. Their stories didn't match. In addition, the high pressure hose on the power steering was replaced last year and everything was checked. They are scammers!! Thank God I paid with a credit card. I am disputing there charge until they agree to fix what they broke. I will update this post if they do anything to fix the problem. Be very cautious if you take your car there!!!

I went to fill with gas as I was returning car the next day and had time to kill before picking up the kids from the shopping outlet. As usual practice, just selected grade and started pumping. I had half a tank and as it ws near full, I turned and looked at amount $70. I then saw that the price was $5.89/gallon. As a visitor, I went into the station and asked if that was what Florida gas cost ( maybe much higher taxes?). Guys says, no, owner sets the price, most other stations are $3.50 or so. I said, so what you are telling me is that you are ripping me off?? Guys, says again, owner sets price. When I leave, I see a small sign in corner of lot, unlit that displays price. Unbelievable that the city and state allow such businesses to rip you off. These are a direct reflection of the people that run the cities and government of this state and it's BAD.
