I went to SNG Collisions because I got into a car accident and I was looking for a mom and pop shop. I was recommended to SNG by a friend and decided I would give it a try over the usual corporate locations (who always overcharge me). By far, this is the best customer service I've received. The man who owns the shop was extremely helpful and you can tell he was a true family man. Him and his son own the shop and go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. I was so thankful I found them to fix my car, give it a whole paint job and not over-charge me for the services. It was such a relief to deal with family like men who don't need corporate training to do their job. I will definitely come back for a detail/car wash. Also, they sell used cars.

Car was painted a month ago; we noticed several errors: bubbled up paint, areas with no paint, scratches, etc... errors that should NOT be on a freshly painted car. We brought the car back to the shop several times. At one point the person who originally worked on it quit (no surprise there). Finally brought the car in yesterday. When Mike got around to us he was very accusatory and made statements like "well, you can't expect it to be perfect" and "we can try to fix it but the's still no guarantee." We picked the car up today and there are more issues than before! I mean, a 2 year old could stay within the lines better than these guys. There's paint on the window, tires/rims, door handles, I mean everywhere! There was even a bit of blue paint on the car (the car is cream colored). We are tired of going back and forth with Mike, therefore I would like to warn anyone considering this business to stay away. You are better off buying paint from Home Depot and doing it yourself

This shop doesnt answer calls promptly and takes forever to let you know the cost of your repairs and it takes a while to repair your vehicle, so expect to be without a car for at least 2 wks unless you get a rental.
