My car was making a funny sound when I Would get into it when it was cold and go to take off but when I got home and Ohio there was a crossmember bent that was pinching everything so therefore it made a horrible noise. My car did not need an alignment. I did need a tire but the crossmember needed fixed, and when they had it up on the lift, they should’ve been able to fix it and not charge me $550 for two new tires and alignment when that’s not the problem.

From Chicago, we were in Pensacola and needed tires on our Ford C-Max to be aligned. The rear tires were more than an inch out of alighment, which had caused serious cupping. Baughn did an excellent job both with the alignment and taking off the excess rubber caused by cupping. The return trip to Chicago was smooth and quiet. Thank you Baughn Alignment!

Prices are higher than the old shop that I had, but the shop is in a great location so I expect to pay more for convenience. I have been waiting for my brakes to be fixe3d since March 1, 2016. I keep getting promises but no action. I am looking for another shop that can get me back on the road.
