The above review from Rosemary Smith is absolutely inaccurate. Rosemary's daughter arrived at our shop with less than 5 minutes until we close. At this point, all of the bay doors are shut and the tools/equipment are locked away. If a customer does indeed show up with 15 minutes until we close, we would absolutely fix a flat tire and this has been a policy of Mid Coast Tire since 1977. It takes less than 10 minutes to fix a flat tire. The other tire store Rosemary mentions is open until 7PM on Saturday, but they are a national chain. We are a small family owned business who have been here in Vero Beach since 1977.

During Covid-19, none are wearing masks, there's no hand sanitizer, the place is filthy, the seats look like someone rubbed grease, sweat and food onto them and the bathrooms are a mess as well. There was dark marks on my door, dash board and steering wheel indicating that they didn't wear gloves and didn't wash their hands after doing whatever. Price wasn't great for what what I bought. Personally, when people don't call you by your name and call you Boss, it's another word in the service industry that's demeaning. On a positive note, the service was preformed within the time given. I wont be going back.

WHAT IS GREAT IS THAT I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, GET THE CAR SERVICED QUICKLY AND I AM OUT OF THERE - NO WAITING AROUND AT THE BIG AUTO DEALER SERVICE CENTERS - THE CAR CARE MANAGER IS DAVE AND IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TELLS IT LIKE IT IS - NO FLUFF - THE EMPLOYEES OF TIM AND JAY ARE ON THE BALL MECHANICS AND KNOW HOW TO GET THEIR HANDS DIRTY - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAR CARE OF JUPITER - DAVE STRONG
